Job Summary:

Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain

  accurate and up-to-date accounts

  through meticulous bookkeeping, ledger management, and account reconciliations.
• Oversee

  accounts payable and receivable

  , ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Prepare

  monthly P&L statements and comprehensive financial reports

  to support management decision-making.
• Manage all

  banking operations

  , including payments, transfers, reconciliations, and cash flow tracking.
• Prepare and

  file statutory returns

  such as

  GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other compliance-related filings

  within deadlines.
• Supervise and mentor

  junior accounting staff

  , providing guidance and ensuring adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
• Assist in

  budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

  to contribute to strategic business planning.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in

  Tally

  or similar accounting software.
• Strong understanding of

  statutory compliance, accounting principles, and financial regulations

  .
• Excellent

  analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  .
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead a team effectively.
