Optin B2B Media is a leading global demand generation company specializing in delivering high-quality, compliant, and conversion-ready B2B leads for enterprises and agencies worldwide. We are expanding our global footprint and seeking a results-driven Client Acquisition Manager to fuel our growth.


Role Overview:

The Client Acquisition Manager will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and managing the complete endto-end sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background in B2B marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing solutions. 


Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients across global markets, focusing on enterprises and agencies.

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads.

• Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking events.

• Present and pitch Optin B2B Media’s demand generation solutions to prospective clients.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing models, and close deals effectively.

• Collaborate with internal delivery and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities.

• Foster long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Revenue Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue goals.

• Client Acquisition: Number of new clients closed per quarter.

• Pipeline Growth: Volume of qualified opportunities added to the sales pipeline.

• Deal Conversion Rate: Ratio of leads/opportunities successfully converted into clients.

• Client Retention & Upselling: Contribution to client renewals and upsell opportunities.

• Sales Cycle Efficiency: Average time taken to close deals.

• Activity Metrics: Number of outbound calls, meetings, and demos conducted per month.


Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience (3–7 years) in B2B sales, client acquisition, or demand generation.

• Strong understanding of the B2B marketing ecosystem, lead generation, and digital marketing services.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation platforms.

• A growth mindset with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
