Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Manage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring smooth communication and high client satisfaction.
  2. Drive business growth through consultative selling and identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.
  3. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of client requirements.
  4. Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools and provide regular updates and insights to leadership.
  5. Achieve sales targets through structured sales strategies, client retention, and proactive account management.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  1. 5+ years of experience in

    international B2B sales

    or

    account management

    (preferably with US/UK clients).
  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  3. Hands-on experience with

    CRM systems

    , analytics, and sales enablement tools.
  4. Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  5. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
