Job Summary: We are looking for motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executives to join our growing B2B sales team. This is a non-field, office-based role ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and technology. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for the sales team to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Outbound Calling & Prospect Generation (Primary Responsibility) Make daily outbound calls to assigned leads. Personalize pitches based on the industry, pain points, and business needs. Conduct discovery conversations to assess prospect challenges and goals. Use frameworks like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) to qualify leads. 2. Appointment Setting Schedule demos and meetings with qualified prospects for the sales team. Ensure a smooth transition of leads to the respective sales representatives. 3. CRM Management Accurately log all interactions and update prospect status in the CRM. Maintain data integrity and generate reports on pipeline status and lead quality. Key Requirements: Excellent Communication Skills : Must have a neutral accent and clear spoken English. (Mandatory) Sales Enthusiasm : A genuine interest in building a career in sales. Education : Bachelors degree in any stream. Final year students may apply if they can commit full-time. Note : This role is not open to BE/BTech candidates.
