Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce them to Iron Lady programs.
• Conduct consultative conversations to understand client aspirations and recommend suitable programs.
• Explain program features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
• Handle objections and queries with confidence and empathy.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions using Excel/CRM tools.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

Up to 1 year of experience/knowledge in consultative telesales (B2C preferred).

• Strong communication and listening skills.
• A proactive, target-driven attitude.
• Ability to empathize and connect with clients needs.
• Comfortable working with Excel and CRM tools.
• Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred (not mandatory).
• Freshers with strong communication and sales interest are welcome.
