The founders, with extensive experience in building high-growth digital businesses powered by cutting-edge AI, have a vision to create the world's first Marketing AI Agent for small businesses, aiming to democratize powerful digital marketing globally. Your role will involve engaging leads, understanding customer needs, and effectively pitching solutions in the digital tools and marketing services space. Managing the sales cycle from end to end, utilizing CRM tools for lead management, and staying updated on market insights will be key responsibilities. Your goal-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment will be essential in driving sales closure and optimizing performance. To excel in this position, you should possess a graduate degree with at least 1 year of sales or business development experience, particularly in telesales or virtual consultative selling for digital tools or services. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with a knack for persuasion and listening, will be crucial. Furthermore, your self-driven nature and adaptability will be assets in contributing to the growth of one of the fastest-growing AI startups from India. This is a full-time role with benefits such as paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is a day shift, and the ability to commute or relocate to Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, is preferred. A year of experience in B2B sales is required for this position, which will be based in person.
