What You’ll Do

✅ Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and scaling of our flagship learning programs

✅ Oversee engaging content creation and manage our Learning Management System

✅ Drive lead conversions through demos, webinars, and WhatsApp engagement

✅ Deliver exceptional customer experiences for children and parents

✅ Partner with marketing to launch high-ROI campaigns and workshops

✅ Lead cross-functional teams and keep senior leadership updated with clear insights

Who You Are

✨ 5+ years in program or project management (EdTech, education, or fast-paced startups preferred)

✨ Confident communicator and hands-on executor who loves owning outcomes

✨ Comfortable using tools like LMS, Notion, CRMs (HubSpot/Zoho), GSuite

✨ Passionate about education, growth, and making real social impact
