Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership:

• Lead projects for plastic injection moulding, sheet metal, machining components, and lithium-ion battery packs for automotive (e.g., Bajaj, Skoda, Jaguar) and telecom customers.
  
• Manage the full project lifecycle (RFQ to SOP), ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost control.
  

• Team Management & Stakeholder Communication:

• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication with internal teams and external customers.
  
• Set up regular project reviews, milestones, and risk management processes.
  

• Engineering & Development:

• Oversee the development of components like pipes, hydraulic fittings, rubber hoses, and battery packs.
  
• Manage PPAP, APQP, and product launches to meet engineering milestones and customer specifications.
  

• Documentation & Costing:

• Prepare project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
  
• Handle Capex approvals and monitor project financials.
  

• Certification & Testing:

• Coordinate battery pack certifications (UL, UN38.3, IEC) and work with certifying agencies.
  

• Risk Management & Improvement:

• Proactively manage project risks and escalate issues when needed.
  
• Drive process improvements within the PM team and across projects.
