The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support across hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues, ensuring smooth IT operations. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Provide technical support for desktop systems, software, and hardware issues. Install, configure, and maintain Operating Systems (Windows/Linux) and other IT tools. Manage and maintain Office 365 and Microsoft Teams . Provide support for hardware and software troubleshooting . Conduct regular data backups and ensure data recovery processes are in place. Handle network-related tasks, including Naas (Network as a Service) and basic network troubleshooting. Monitor and manage antivirus consoles and ensure system security compliance. Provide support and maintenance for CCTV systems . Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements or escalated issues. Maintain documentation for IT procedures and support activities. Work collaboratively with the System Administrator and other departments to ensure IT systems run efficiently. Required Skills: Hands-on experience in hardware and software support Good understanding of networking concepts Knowledge of OS installation and system configuration Experience with data backup & recovery tools Familiarity with Office 365 and Microsoft Teams Basic knowledge of CCTV system operations Understanding of Antivirus console management Strong communication and problem-solving skills Why Join Us?
