About The Role The Planner is responsible for the effective scheduling and coordination of certification-related activities, ensuring compliance with accreditation requirements, optimal resource utilization, and timely service delivery. This role supports project management across multiple clients, standards, and audit cycles, working closely with auditors, clients, and internal teams. This position reports to the Planning Manager, Team Lead. Main Responsibilities (Roles & Responsibilities) Developing and managing detailed schedules within certification cycle in alignment with client needs and scheme/accreditation requirements in advance for at least 3 months and arrange for 3-year schedule for the assigned portfolio Coordinating auditor assignments based on competencies, availability, and geographical considerations Communicating and confirming audit dates with clients and auditors, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders, and sending the confirmations to clients Monitoring and optimizing resource allocation to ensure efficient delivery of certification services. (This includes the requests received from other countries and other areas as per the IORA / IWO.)
