Role & responsibilities Develop baseline schedules in Primavera/MS Project. Monitor daily/weekly progress against milestones. Generate variance and delay analysis reports. Coordinate with GM Projects and Project Managers to align site work. Maintain project documentation and dashboards. Skills & Competencies: Prefered NICMAR graduate s Proficiency in Primavera/MS Project. Analytical and reporting skills. Coordination across site and office teams. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Accuracy of scheduling data. Percentage of milestones achieved as planned. Timeliness of reports. Preferred candidate profile The desired candidate must have outstanding track record of minimum 10 years in managing high end projects. He shall be required to Plan, Schedule and track multiple Residential Projects. Ensure Project Planning and Cost control at all stages. Analyse delays and down time. A NICMAR - operations degree shall be prefered. Candidate who have composite experience in Residential , Commercial and Industrial shall be most prefered. The position requires travelling to multiple cities in Maharashtra to discharge the responsibility.

Strong BOQ, tendering, and contract management knowledge. Leadership and cross-functional coordination. Regulatory compliance awareness (RERA, UDCPR). Strong crisis-resolution skills. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Percentage of projects delivered on schedule. Budget variance (planned vs. actual). Quality ratings from PMC/consultants. Safety compliance index. He shall be providing overall leadership to multiple Residential Projects. Ensure timely delivery of Quality product. Monitor Project Planning and Cost at all stages. Analyse and evaluate technology and material in vogue. Have capability to innovate, improvise and manage the crisis preventing any bottle necks and down time.
