Role & responsibilities

  • Sourcing suitable resources/resumes as per the recruitment plan
  • Developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent,
  • Coordinate screening and short listing of candidates for CHRO.
  • Coordinate HODs to conduct technical interviews
  • Managing the entire hiring process
  • Maintain candidate pipelines till closure

Preferred candidate profile

Desired candidate should have similar experience of 3-5 years preferebly in Real Estate Secter.

The verbal and written communication in English and Hindi be very good. Have a positive and confident personality to interact effectively with Senior professional and management.

Have good knowledge on MS Excel and Online hiring portal like Naukri and linkedin
