Role & Responsibilities
Data Management & Digitalization
- Supervise end-to-end digitalization of all group data including Schools, real estate, hospitality units, and logistics parks.
- Maintain up-to-date digital records of assets, statutory compliances, licenses, and project
- documents.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and standardization across all verticals.
- Coordinate with IT and Admin teams to maintain structured databases and backups
MIS Development & Reporting
- Design, implement, and manage MIS dashboards for top management review.
- Consolidate periodic performance reports (financial, operational, and compliance).
- Prepare analytical summaries, trend reports, and comparison sheets across projects and
- companies.
- Generate real-time data insights to support strategic decisions and project reviews.
Systems Integration & Automation
- Work with software vendors or internal IT teams to integrate MIS with ERP, accounting, and HR
- systems.
- Identify and implement automation tools for data collection and reporting efficiency.
- Maintain continuous improvement in MIS design and technology upgrades.
Coordination & Supervision
- Coordinate with department heads, site managers, and finance teams for timely data inputs.
- Supervise data entry staff and ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Conduct periodic training sessions on data management and MIS tools.
Compliance & Documentation
- • Maintain records related to statutory filings, approvals, and project documentation.
- • Ensure timely availability of data for audits, internal reviews, and regulatory submissions.
- • Support management in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation for banks, investors, and government bodies.
Desired Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, IT, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 5 to 10 years experience in MIS, data management, or business analytics (preferably in
- construction, real estate, or diversified group setup).
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), Power BI / Tableau, Google Workspace, and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of data security protocols and digital documentation systems.

Preferred Candidate Profile
The Manager Data & MIS will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing the
centralized data and Management Information System (MIS) across all business verticals of the
group. The role includes overseeing data collection, digital record management, dashboard
creation, and analytical reporting for decision-making at the corporate level.
He/She will develop and manage a comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable data for decision-making.
