Role & responsibilities Build, optimize and standardize reports and dashboards on Power BI and other data visualization tools Drive monthly sales through: Daily Sales Report (DSR), MTD analysis & actionable insights Lead company & customer specific initiatives to drive sales Support sales reviews through YTD and MoM sales reports, assortment insights & other analysis Own the artefacts: Business Review, Fill Rates, Market Share Analysis, Customer Growth Summary and RGA Analysis Fulfill real-time ad hoc business analysis requirements Leverage AI and other automation tools to ease repetitive analytics and automated mailers Lead and facilitate the annual and half yearly sales meetings Lead the vendor interactions for onboarding branches Conduct training for sales team on Power BI & other tools Market visits to understand the usage of tools and sales teams routine and challenges Preferred candidate profile Technical know how to leverage tools for strong data analytics and ease of presentations Strong Analytical Skills with hands on skills on culling insights and information from large databases Collaboration with multiple stakeholders – sales head, Operations head, Finance head, sales team etc. Mandatory tools: Advance Excel, Power BI, Powerpoint Preferred tools: SQL, Python, RPA, AI tools
