Job Summary

Power BI Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Power BI developers and data analysts
Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-level Power BI dashboards and reports
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions
Ensure best practices in data modeling, DAX, performance tuning, and visualization standards
Oversee data integration from multiple sources using SQL, ETL, and cloud platforms
Ensure data accuracy, governance, security, and compliance standards
Drive BI roadmap, project planning, and delivery timelines
Mentor team members and conduct performance reviews
Collaborate with Data Engineering, Product, and Leadership teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong expertise in
Power BI (Reports, Dashboards, DAX, Power Query)
Advanced
SQL
skills (mandatory)
Experience with
data modeling and data warehousing concepts
Hands-on experience in
team leadership and stakeholder management
Knowledge of
ETL tools
and data pipelines
Experience with
Azure (ADF, Synapse)
or other cloud platforms is a plus
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Power BI or Microsoft certifications preferred
Experience handling large datasets and enterprise BI solutions
