Program Manager will be an integral part of the client facing team and will be responsible for managing and developing multiple strategic initiatives for a bouquet of clientele. The role will be directly reporting to the Head of Operations and is expected to have a keen understanding of the Healthcare/Insurance ecosytem.
Qualification :-
● Graduate with said background - BDS, BAMS,BHMS
Any certification in Data analysis would be an added advantage
Experience :-
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as program manager.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Data analysis etc.
- Been in a client facing role for atleast 1 year.
As a Program Manager, you would be primarily responsible for :-
- Complete Operational management : daily operational responsibility, daily/monthly reports, providing training, auditing whenever necessary and most importantly being immensely involved in data analysis etc.
- Adhering to client SLAs : service at all time needs to be satisfactory and adherent to the client SLAs
- Maintaining excellent rapport with External and Internal Stakeholders
- Clinical insight generation : analyzing the data, slicing & dicing the data to derive clinical & other actionable insights
- Revenue & Profitability : implement strategies to increase revenue & maintain account profitability
- Business upscaling : to identify new business opportunities within existing clients & responsible for cross selling of the products

Skills & Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Program Manager, managing & leading multiple projects
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques : Ability to make clinical/operational decisions and judgments

Responsibilities :
- Plans, develops, implements, and coordinates multiple projects
- Designs and implements systems to assess, collect, maintain, and analyze data; generate progress reports, final reports, evaluation, and other information related to project
- Establishes and implements short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates operational effectiveness and effects changes required for improvement
- Directs, manages, and oversees the daily operational aspects of program management
- Develops and implements systems and processes to establish and maintain continuity of the business
Team Management
- Managing a team of health care advocates or group of physicians
- Providing training, floor support and auditing support
- Devising strategies to increase revenue, cut costs, and promote growth
- Continuous feedback and performance improvement plans for the care advocates
- Carrying out daily operational activities with due diligence
- Structured approach & execution capability
- Managing hiring, attrition and shrinkage
Client Satisfaction
- Meeting with clients to discuss project status and weekly/monthly trends
- Creating and presenting detailed analysis reports
- Meeting client requirements as per the SLA
Strategic Decision Making & Implementation
- Overseeing the implementation of updated business strategies
- Reviewing and analyzing the efficacy of revised business strategies
- Manage communication and project delivery between the clients and the internal team
- Complete responsibility of new client onboardings
Stakeholder Management
- Manage Internal and external stakeholders
- Form a liaison between the client expectations and internal stakeholders
- Devise new strategies for process improvement
- Managing process deliverables, revenue, gross margins as per Internal stakeholder expectations
Project Governance
- Monthly in person meetings with the clients
- Ready to travel across client & other locations in India
- Weekly/monthly meetings with the Vendor team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
