Program Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst with deep expertise in Wealth & Asset Management to drive product and program initiatives, analyze business and data requirements, and lead agile delivery efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong domain knowledge, technical acumen, and a passion for delivering client-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Product & Program Management

• Define and manage product roadmaps aligned with strategic goals.
• Gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Lead project planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
• Identify and mitigate risks and manage dependencies across teams.

Business & Data Analysis

• Conduct gap analysis and workflow design to optimize business processes.
• Collaborate with system architects to design scalable solutions.
• Analyze data related to Separately Managed Accounts (SMA) and investment platforms.

Wealth & Asset Management Expertise

• Work closely with portfolio and investment platform teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Design and implement client reporting solutions tailored to business needs.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes impacting wealth management.

Agile & Delivery Leadership

• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Define test strategies and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Technology & Tools

• Utilize platforms such as Vestmark, Charles River (CRD), and Investran for solution delivery.
• Leverage JIRA for backlog and sprint management.
• Support automation initiatives using relevant frameworks and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Wealth & Asset Management.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis and workflow design.
• Experience with industry tools like Vestmark, CRD, Investran, and JIRA.
