Conduct on-site verification using the 5M methodology before inspections. Oversee testing schedules to ensure timely completion. Witness and analyze manufacturing/testing progress against checklists. Communicate findings to on-site teams and evaluate improvement plans. Coordinate inspection teams as per the Project Manager's activity schedule.
