About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Client Acquisition & Management Professional to join The Brand Fuzz, a fast-growing creative branding agency that has collaborated with 400+ brands across India and internationally.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams. This role demands strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and prior experience in the branding or marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition:
  • Identify, connect, and convert potential clients through inbound leads and proactive outreach (emails, LinkedIn, calls, etc.).
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Pitch agency services and craft tailored proposals based on client requirements.
  • Client Management:
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure clear communication and timely execution of deliverables.
  • Maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Strategic Growth:
  • Analyze client businesses to identify gaps and opportunities for brand or marketing improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (strategy, design, marketing) to ensure alignment on proposals and ongoing projects.
  • Track and report lead status, conversions, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in client acquisition or management within a branding/creative/marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and website development services.
  • Proven ability to conduct discovery calls, develop proposals, and close deals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (English proficiency required; Hindi is a plus).
  • Confident in dealing with founders, CXOs, and senior brand managers.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple clients simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
