Key Responsibilities: You will be instrumental in driving the growth of our Investment Banking portfolio by identifying, engaging, and securing new corporate clients for our key services. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Actively prospect and acquire new corporate clients for Investment Banking mandates. Core Service Sales: Focus on structuring and selling solutions related to Debt and Equity Financing , including private placements, structured debt, and fundraising. Capital Market Solutions: Drive acquisition for SME IPOs and advisory on Market Making strategies. Corporate Advisory: Cross-sell and advise clients on a range of related corporate and transaction advisory services. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with corporate promoters, CXOs, and key decision-makers. Qualifications & Compensation: Experience 2 to 6 years in a client-facing role within Investment Banking, Financial Services, or Corporate Finance. Education Bachelor's degree required. A qualification in Finance (e.g., MBA, CA, CFA, or equivalent) is preferred. Compensation (CTC)Rs. 3.60 Lakhs to Rs. 6.00 Lakhs per annum (depending on experience and current CTC).
