Role Overview: We are seeking a Paid Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads with a primary focus on content syndication lead generation . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in paid media buying, lead validation, funnel optimization, and campaign reporting within the B2B landscape. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads targeting global B2B decision-makers. Develop and execute strategies to generate content syndication leads that meet client-defined targeting criteria. Optimize campaigns daily for CPL (Cost Per Lead), CTR (Click-Through Rate), and conversion rates. Ensure delivery of leads meets client expectations in terms of volume, quality, and compliance . Audience Targeting & Research Conduct audience research to identify ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), job titles, industries, geographies, and company sizes relevant to campaigns. Utilize LinkedIn Matched Audiences, Lookalike audiences, and Google custom segments for precise targeting. Creative & Content Alignment Collaborate with content and design teams to create ad creatives, landing pages, and lead-gen forms aligned with campaign goals. A/B test ad creatives, messaging, and calls-to-action to maximize performance. Data, Analytics & Reporting Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads dashboard, and analytics tools.
