We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee our operational workflows, administrative processes, and logistical requirements, ensuring seamless support to both internal teams and external partners.

Role Overview

Operations Manager

In addition, the role will focus on optimizing administrative functions and managing end-to-end logistical planning for internal operations as well as client-facing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized professional with excellent coordination skills, capable of balancing operational efficiency with a people-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations across pan-India offices, ensuring alignment with company objectives and service delivery standards.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive process improvements, implement best practices, and ensure timely execution of projects.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, contracts, and regional regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless business functioning.
• Support financial planning, budgeting, and expense management with the finance team.

Administration & Logistics

• Manage office administration, facilities, and vendor relationships.
• Lead vendor management, contracts, and procurement processes.
• Oversee travel, accommodation, and logistics for employees, international visitors, and client delegations.
• Coordinate logistics for internal events, client meetings, training programs, and townhalls.

People & Stakeholder Management

• Partner with HR on workforce planning, employee engagement, and resource allocation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and clients.
• Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges efficiently while ensuring a people-first approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 6–10 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably in consulting, education, or international business.
• Strong understanding of process improvement, project management, and organizational efficiency.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and ERP/CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Strong business acumen with a solution-oriented mindset.
