Operations Manager

Role Overview: As the Senior Holiday Business Operations [Post Sales] at Scapia, your main responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end operations for the holiday business. You will oversee all critical processes involved in organizing holidays for customers, with the goal of providing a seamless and delightful experience for them. Your duties will include collaborating with internal and external teams to design and execute efficient holiday operations workflows, implementing a customer and quality-focused approach in all tasks, and owning operations post-sales from handover to trip execution. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with external and internal teams to design & execute an efficient holiday operations workflow. - Implement a customer and quality-focused approach in every task, emphasizing the importance of customer satisfaction throughout the post-sales processes. - Own the end-to-end operations post-sales: handover from Sales, confirmations, documentation, supplier coordination, trip execution. - Monitor service delivery and intervene to resolve on-ground issues in real time. - Drive standard operating procedures for smooth customer experience. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience in travel operations or supplier management with an OTA, DMC, or experiential travel company with a strong understanding of SOPs. - Demonstrated success in managing post-sales operations. - Exposure to high-touch, premium customer segments is preferred.
