Role Description

The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure effective implementation of training programs and administrative functions at Focalyt's on-site location in the Mohali district. This full-time role includes managing staff, optimizing processes, ensuring compliance with government schemes, monitoring program success, collaborating with the leadership team, and leading efforts to improve efficiency and participant satisfaction. The Operations Manager will also work closely with instructors, community partners, and industry stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs and successful outcomes for participants.

Qualifications

• Operational management and process optimization experience, including overseeing day-to-day operations and team leadership.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to coordinate programs and ensure compliance with industry best practices and guidelines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills for effective collaboration with staff, partners, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management and strategic planning to meet goals and improve organizational performance.
• Relevant academic background such as a degree in business administration, operations management, or related fields is preferred.
• Commitment to making a positive impact on youth employability and addressing social challenges in the region.
