Roles and Responsibilities Manage school library operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective organization. Provide academic support to students, teachers, and staff through individualized assistance with research projects and curriculum development. Develop and implement reading programs to promote literacy among students, focusing on comprehension skills and critical thinking. Oversee the maintenance of digital libraries, including e-books, databases, and other online resources. Collaborate with teachers to integrate technology into lesson plans and enhance teaching methods. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience as a librarian (school setting preferred). Strong knowledge of Library Management principles, practices, and best practices. Excellent communication skills for working with diverse groups of people (students, parents, teachers). Ability to analyze data to inform decision-making about program development and improvement. Required Qualifications Masters Degree in Library Science (M.Lib.Sc) preferred.
