Élan is a rapidly growing design-focused D2C brand creating fun, original, high–quality home décor and furniture. With in-house manufacturing, a strong design language, e-commerce presence, we are on a mission to elevate everyday living spaces with unique personality and craftsmanship.

We are expanding fast and looking for a driven Operations Manager who can build strong systems, create and lead dynamic teams geared for expansion , and ensure seamless execution from design to delivery.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end operational oversight – production planning, manufacturing, FG inventory mgmt to stock dispatches across channels/customers, i.e. Retail, e-comm & others to drive the next phase of growth for the brand & business 


• Team mgmt: order processing, design, e-commerce, production, paint shop, quality control & stores


• Workflow optimization to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks across departments


• Production planning based on sales pipeline and inventory health


• Quality excellence – systems, checks, corrective actions


• Vendor & time material order to ensure smooth procurement and cost control


• Reporting & analytics – performance metrics, productivity, capacity planning


• Foster a growth mindset culture with accountability and collaboration

• Planning and timely dispatch of shipments with daily monitoring of progress and bottle necks

• Single point of Contact to founder

• MIS reporting to founder - daily/weekly/monthly. Production, Inventory, Sales

• New Product Devmt - establishing timelines for npd, driving sampling and prototyping to market launch process, tracking performance 


Who You Are

• A strong people leader with experience in manufacturing operations (furniture, home décor or consumer products preferred)


• 5–10 years of relevant experience in operations (D2C/e-commerce exposure is a huge plus)


• Self-motivated & Drive to build systems, solve problems proactively, and be a crucial part of scaling-up fast-growing businesses


• Excellent communication & cross-team coordination skills


• Thrive in startup ecosystem environments - process builder, takes ownership and brings stakeholders together to achieve business / org goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
