Bring clarity to complexity. Translate financial products into language that makes people feel, not just understand
Own the Scapia tone of voice across social, product, CRM, website, ads, and performance creatives
(For senior role) Mentor other writers and review work with a sharp eye for clarity, craft, and consistency
(For senior role) Collaborate closely with product, design, and marketing teams to lead projects end-to-end
Help shape brand systems and tone guidelines that scale
