Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Executive located in Gurugram. The Finance Executive will be responsible for employee reimbursements, invoice processing, vendor reconcilliation and management, and assisting with financial reporting. They will also collaborate with the Finance Manager team to drive business growth and commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or MBA
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Operations, accounting, or similar roles
• Experience with vendor payments and employee reimbursements
• Knowledge of Indian taxations and regulations like GST, TDS.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with financial software
• High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize competing demands
