Job Description

  • Handle daily accounting operations including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare project-wise budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Manage cash flow, monitor inflow/outflow, and ensure timely fund allocation for projects.
  • Track accounts receivable & payable, follow up for customer payments, and process vendor bills.
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports, and financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS,RERA and other real estate financial regulations.
  • Conduct cost analysis for projects and highlight variances to management.
  • Maintain contracts, agreements, and finance-related documents in an organized manner.
