Responsibilities: Conduct property presentations, Follow up on leads, Manage client relationships, Close deals and achieve sales targets and ensure smooth documentation and coordination with clients and internal teams.
Handle daily accounting operations including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations. Prepare project-wise budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Manage cash flow, monitor inflow/outflow, and ensure timely fund allocation for projects. Track accounts receivable & payable, follow up for customer payments, and process vendor bills. Prepare monthly MIS reports, and financial statements. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS,RERA and other real estate financial regulations. Conduct cost analysis for projects and highlight variances to management. Maintain contracts, agreements, and finance-related documents in an organized manner.
Company-provided leads to be contacted through calls, Whats App, and emails. Understand customer requirements and explain project details, amenities, pricing, and benefits in a clear manner. Schedule and conduct Site Visits for interested clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Build strong relationships with prospects through regular, timely, and well-planned follow-ups. Handle customers questions, objections, and provide the right information to increase interest in the project. Support in converting qualified leads into booking by maintaining consistent communication and follow-up discipline. Coordinate with the Sales Manager for booking formalities and final closures. Prepare and maintain daily reports including lead status, follow-up notes, site visit updates, and booking data. Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel as per the company requirements. Stay updated on project details, location advantages, and pricing to ensure effective communication with clients. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients have a positive experience throughout the sales cycle. Work towards achieving monthly targets while maintaining professionalism and a customer-focused process. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth coordination of visits, documentation, and closure process. Energetic, confident, and self-motivated individuals with strong communication and convincing skills are preferred. Draft, review, and vet agreements, contracts, MoUs, Sales deeds, and other legal documents. Conduct due diligence, title verification, and land/property document checks. Ensure compliance with RERA, stamp duty, environmental laws and other applicable real estate regulations. Handle legal aspects related to farmland, management, land conversions, survey records, and revenue documents. Coordinate with government authorities for registrations, approvals, and documentation processes. Prepare and review legal notices, replies, and internal legal correspondence. Provide legal opinions on company transactions, property matters and business decisions. Monitor changes in law and regulations relevant to the business and ensure compliance. Liaise with clients, vendors, and government departments for legal documentation and verification.
