Job Description

Role & responsibilities

*Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.

*Prospect and qualify leads from various sources.

*Present and explain company products/services to potential clients.

*Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

*Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.

*Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competition.

*Prepare and share sales reports, MIS, and daily activity updates.

*Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and service delivery.

*Negotiate pricing and close deals as per company policies.

*Follow up with customers for payments, renewals, or feedback.

*Maintain accurate data in CRM / Excel systems.

*Ensure customer satisfaction and handle basic client queries.

Preferred candidate profile

*1-2years of sales / field sales experience.

*Strong communication and negotiation skills.

*Comfortable with field work and targets.

*Two-wheeler preferred (if required).

*Ability to build and maintain long term client relationship.
