Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated International Business Development Executive (Outbound Lead Generation) to drive business growth across global markets.
The primary responsibility of this role is to generate and convert international outbound leads into qualified business opportunities by engaging with overseas clients through strategic outreach.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with international clients, outbound prospecting tools, and night / flexible shift schedules aligned with global time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive international outbound lead generation through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and professional networking.
  • Handle and engage with international clients across regions such as USA, UK, Europe, Middle East, Australia, etc.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and other prospecting tools to build and manage a high-quality global lead pipeline.
  • Research international markets, companies, and decision-makers to craft personalized outreach strategies.
  • Pitch IT products and services to overseas clients by understanding their business challenges and requirements.
  • Conduct discovery calls, product/service presentations, and follow-ups with international prospects.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales documentation aligned with global client expectations.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly international sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, delivery, and technical teams to ensure smooth deal closures and client onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in International Business Development / IT Sales / B2B Sales / SaaS Sales / Lead Generation.
  • Proven experience working with international clients and global markets.
  • Strong expertise in outbound prospecting using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and similar tools.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong cold calling, email outreach, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to understand international client requirements and map them to suitable IT solutions.
  • Target-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in night or flexible shifts.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is an added advantage.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred.

Compensation & Incentives (During Probation Period)

  • Fixed Salary: 20,000 per month
  • Commission: 10% of the total revenue generated by the executive
  • Probation Period: 3 months

Probation Terms:

  • The above compensation structure (20,000 fixed + 10% commission) is applicable only during the probation period.
  • Performance will be reviewed at the end of the 2-month probation period.
  • Upon successful completion of probation, the role will be converted to a full-time confirmed position, and a revised CTC will be offered based on performance and company standards.

Post-Probation Compensation

  • A structured CTC package will be provided after confirmation.
  • Compensation will be revised based on:
    • Performance during probation
    • Revenue contribution
    • Sales consistency and client handling capabilities
