Job Overview We are seeking a results-driven IT Sales Executive (Outbound Lead Generation) to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate high-quality outbound leads and convert them into business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be skilled in using prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and CRM systems to identify, engage, and nurture potential clients. Key Responsibilities Drive outbound lead generation through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and professional networking. Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and other sales prospecting platforms to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads. Conduct in-depth research on industries, companies, and decision-makers to tailor outbound messaging and outreach strategies. Pitch IT products/services to prospective clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs. Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and strategic partnerships. Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly outbound sales targets of 1.5L2L. Accurately log all sales activities in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc.) and provide timely reports to management. Work closely with marketing and technical teams to optimize outbound strategies and align them with business goals. Required Skills & Qualifications 13 years of proven experience in outbound IT sales, B2B sales, SaaS sales, or lead generation. Strong knowledge of outbound prospecting using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and other lead-generation tools. Excellent communication, cold calling, email outreach, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand client requirements and map them to IT solutions effectively. Target-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about sales. Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred. Compensation & Incentives Fixed Base Salary: 25,000 per month Attractive Incentive Structure: Standard incentives on achieving monthly sales targets (1.5L2L). Performance will be reviewed at the end of the 2-month probation period. Upon successful completion of probation, the role will be converted to a full-time confirmed position, and a revised CTC will be offered based on performance and company standards. Post-Probation Compensation A structured CTC package will be provided after confirmation.
