Job Description

Company-provided leads to be contacted through calls, Whats App, and emails.
Understand customer requirements and explain project details, amenities, pricing, and benefits in a clear manner.
Schedule and conduct Site Visits for interested clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
Build strong relationships with prospects through regular, timely, and well-planned follow-ups.
Handle customers questions, objections, and provide the right information to increase interest in the project.
Support in converting qualified leads into booking by maintaining consistent communication and follow-up discipline.
Coordinate with the Sales Manager for booking formalities and final closures.
Prepare and maintain daily reports including lead status, follow-up notes, site visit updates, and booking data.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel as per the company requirements.
Stay updated on project details, location advantages, and pricing to ensure effective communication with clients.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients have a positive experience throughout the sales cycle.
Work towards achieving monthly targets while maintaining professionalism and a customer-focused process.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth coordination of visits, documentation, and closure process.
Energetic, confident, and self-motivated individuals with strong communication and convincing skills are preferred.
Real Estate experience is an added advantage, but freshers with strong communication and may also apply.
