Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Associate with strong business acumen and communication skills to take the lead on B2B lead generation efforts. The role is ideal for someone who is strategic, proactive, and driven to create real business impact through targeted outreach and marketing.


Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Build, validate, and maintain a strong database of target clients across industries.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
  • Create compelling messaging and pitch decks in coordination with the BD team.
  • Track and nurture leads from first contact to conversion-ready status.
  • Work closely with the consulting team to personalize outreach by service line.


2. Content & Campaign Management

  • Develop email marketing sequences, landing page copy, and social lead magnets.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure content speaks to the pain points of HR and business leaders.


3. Digital & Social Media Marketing

  • Manage LinkedIn campaigns and track engagement from decision-makers.
  • Support paid ad execution (Google, LinkedIn) to generate quality leads.
  • Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements.


4. Market & Competitor Research

  • Map industry trends, HR challenges, and L&D investment patterns.
  • Identify white spaces where Psyche Panacea’s services can provide unique value.


5. CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.
  • Generate weekly reports on lead pipeline status, conversion stages, and drop-offs.


6. Branding & Communication Support

  • Ensure that all outreach communication and assets align with our tone and positioning.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to highlight the company’s unique value proposition and expertise in HR consulting.


7. Website Updation

  • Knowledge of Word press will be an added advantage to secure the job
  • Updating Trainings & Events on Website backend with plugins.


8. Event Coordination

  • Support the organization and execution of events such as webinars, workshops, conferences, and networking events to promote the company’s services and build relationships.
  • Assist in event promotion, including email campaigns, social media posts, and outreach to potential attendees.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, or sales development (desirably in consulting, L&D, or HR services).
  • Strong understanding of email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation tools.


Skills

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Proven ability to identify, engage, and nurture leads through strategic campaigns.
  • B2B Marketing: Experience targeting HR leaders, CXOs, or decision-makers in service-based industries.
  • Content Creation: Strong writing skills for email marketing, LinkedIn messaging, and campaign copy.
  • Digital Marketing Tools: Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush), email campaign platforms, and AI content tools.
  • Social Media Management: Ability to run and optimize organic and paid campaigns, especially on LinkedIn.
  • Research & Analysis: Comfortable with competitive research, market mapping, and translating findings into actionable insights.
  • Design Sense (Preferred): Basic understanding of design tools like Canva or Figma for marketing collaterals.
  • WordPress Knowledge (Preferred): For website updates and blog/content publishing.
  • CRM Proficiency (Preferred): Working knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms to manage lead funnels.
