Job description: Job Title : Manager – Corporate Sales Job Location: Noida Job Summary : We are seeking a strategic and driven Manager – Corporate Sales to lead our B2B sales initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by securing long-term partnerships with corporate clients, managing key accounts, and ensuring a seamless sales process. You will play a critical role in positioning Educationnest as a trusted learning partner for organizations seeking impactful employee development solutions. Key Responsibilities : 1. Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue goals through corporate training contracts. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries, including IT, BFSI, manufacturing, and services. Drive strategic partnerships with HR leaders, L&D heads, and CXOs to position Educationnest’s offerings as value-driven learning solutions. Collaborate with marketing to tailor messaging and campaigns to the needs of enterprise clients. 2. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with key corporate clients. Understand client business objectives and align Educationnest’s learning programs to support their workforce development goals. Provide ongoing account management to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and repeat business. Act as the voice of the client internally to help shape program design and delivery. 3. Sales Operations & Pipeline Management Oversee the full sales lifecycle from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and contract closure. Maintain a robust sales pipeline with clear visibility of deal status, timelines, and next steps. Work cross-functionally with internal teams (content, delivery, operations) to ensure seamless client onboarding and program execution. Uphold best practices in sales processes and compliance. 4. Sales Reporting & Forecasting Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and CRM data. Provide regular reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and key metrics to senior management. Analyze sales trends and client feedback to inform business decisions and improve sales effectiveness. Use data to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and client segmentation. 5. Strategic Planning & P&L Ownership Develop and execute strategic sales and account management plans to drive business growth and market expansion. Own the revenue and profitability performance of accounts, ensuring alignment with financial goals. Monitor and manage account-level P&L, optimizing resource allocation and maximizing return on investment. Partner with senior leadership to identify new business opportunities, pricing models, and scalable solutions that support long-term growth. Contribute to the annual sales planning and budgeting process with data-driven insights and forecasting. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on enterprise or corporate clients, preferably in the education, e-learning, or HR tech industry. Proven ability to close large deals and manage high-value client relationships. Strong understanding of corporate learning, training ROI, and workforce development trends.
