Job Title: MIS Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Supply Chain MIS (Frozen Food) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented MIS Senior Executive or Assistant Manager to play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our Supply Chain Management Information Systems. This role will be responsible for data analysis, report generation, system maintenance, and providing insights to optimize our frozen food supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of supply chain processes, and proficiency in MIS tools and techniques. Responsibilities: Data Management and Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyse supply chain data from various sources (e.g., SAP, ERP, Manual data, WMS, TMS). Develop and maintain databases and data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in supply chain data to provide actionable insights. Reporting and Visualization: Design, develop, and generate regular and ad-hoc reports on key supply chain metrics (e.g., inventory levels, transportation costs, order fulfilment rates). Create dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate performance and insights to stakeholders. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization based on data analysis and system capabilities. Support the implementation of supply chain improvement initiatives. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all supply chain systems. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Finance Production, Logistics, and Sales to understand their data and reporting needs. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. 5 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or supply chain operations. Experience in the food industry or FMCG sector is highly desirable. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot). Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Strong communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy. Budget: 5:50 Lakh (Fixed) Preferred Skills: Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques. Experience with database management.
