Roles and Responsibility • Set up, operate, and monitor food processing and packaging machines as per production schedules and SOPs. • Prepare ingredients and raw materials for processing, including weighing, measuring, and mixing as required. • Inspect products for quality, consistency, and compliance with HyFun Foods standards. • Record production data, downtime, and material usage. • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations. • Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or deviations from process to the supervisor. • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and maintain smooth workflow. • Participate in regular audits and follow traceability procedures.
