Essential Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Food Technology or equivalent

Essential Area of Expertise: • Operation and monitoring of food processing equipment.

• Adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.

• Basic troubleshooting of production machinery.

Desired Area of Expertise: • Familiarity with automated and semi-automated food manufacturing lines.

• Experience in following SOPs and maintaining batch records.

• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, or related food safety systems.

Critical/Special Exposure: • Managing production targets and reporting deviations

• Handling auditing and traceability documentation

Internal Interface (Designations) Production Supervisors, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Warehouse/Stores

External Interface (Suppliers/Govt Bodies/Communities) Vendors (equipment maintenance), Auditors (if required)

Purpose of the position • To ensure efficient operation of food processing equipment following company quality, safety, and productivity standards. The position supports continuous production flow, monitors product quality, maintains accurate records, and assists with troubleshooting minor machinery issues under supervision.

Roles and Responsibility • Set up, operate, and monitor food processing and packaging machines as per production schedules and SOPs.

• Prepare ingredients and raw materials for processing, including weighing, measuring, and mixing as required.

• Inspect products for quality, consistency, and compliance with HyFun Foods standards.

• Record production data, downtime, and material usage.

• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.

• Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or deviations from process to the supervisor.

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and maintain smooth workflow.

• Participate in regular audits and follow traceability procedures.
