Management Information System Executive

As an employee at Delhivery, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate data maintenance and management, efficient cash deposition and reconciliation, and providing general support to enhance operational processes. Key Responsibilities: - Perform accurate and timely data entry into various MIS tools and databases. - Maintain and update existing records to ensure data integrity, consistency, and completeness. - Regularly review and cleanse data to identify and correct discrepancies or errors. - Generate routine and ad-hoc reports from the MIS system for analysis and decision-making. - Ensure proper archiving and retrieval of data in alignment with company policy. - Reconcile daily cash collections against system records accurately. - Prepare and organize cash for daily bank deposits following financial protocols and security measures. - Coordinate with bank personnel for secure and timely cash deposition. - Maintain detailed records of all cash deposits and report any discrepancies promptly. - Assist in the development and improvement of data management and cash handling processes. - Provide support for audits by offering requested data and documentation. - Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and data confidentiality guidelines.
