Management Information System Executive

As an MIS Executive in CRC at Invertis University, Bareilly, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining student data, preparing and updating MIS reports, creating official documents, and designing presentations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing and maintaining student data across all departments in the Corporate Resource Centre (CRC). - Preparing and updating MIS reports related to training, placement, and student performance. - Utilizing advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, Macros, etc.) for reporting and data analysis. - Creating official documents and letters in MS Word. - Designing presentations using MS PowerPoint for internal and external meetings. - Coordinating with academic departments for accurate and timely data collection. - Supporting CRC in data management for placement drives, company visits, and student profiling. Key Skills required for this role: - Expertise in MS Excel at an Advanced Level. - Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Google Documents. - Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills. - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage large datasets effectively. Qualifications needed: - Graduation in BBA, BCA, IT, or a related field. - 02 years of relevant experience is preferred (Freshers with strong skills can also apply).
