Location: 4009, 4th Floor, Golden Plaza Market, Ring Road - 2 Salary Range: ■20,000 – ■30,000 per month Job Timing: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team at Babu Tex Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage and automate reports and data using various tools. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and data analysis tools. Create and manage Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, and other Excel functions. Work extensively in Google Sheets, including writing and maintaining Google Apps Scripts for automation. Apply basic JavaScript and Apps Script knowledge for custom solutions and reporting automation. Ensure efficient handling of large data sets for reporting and performance tracking. Collaborate with teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver accurate MIS reports. Manage and maintain Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.) across the organization. Provide basic support in domain management (e.g., DNS, user setup, access controls). Required Skills & Qualifications: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Validation, Charts, etc.) Thorough knowledge of Google Sheets with scripting capabilities Basic knowledge of JavaScript and Google Apps Script Familiarity with Google Workspace administration Basic understanding of domain and email setup/management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Background in Mathematics or data-centric education is a plus Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Additional Details: Candidates must be comfortable with the job timing: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Location: On-site at Babu Tex Pvt.
