Management Information System Executive

As a Manager M&E and Documentation at Samvedna Development Society working on the IRDP Project in Rajnangaon Pol Village, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Collect and verify project-related data from field staff, ensuring accuracy and completeness. - Compile, organize, and analyze data in prescribed formats; make corrections wherever required. - Prepare and share periodic progress reports with the Head Office and Donor organization. - Manage project records, documentation, and filing systems, including maintaining field photographs. - Coordinate daily with the Head Office for documentation, reporting, and related communication. - Train and support field staff on documentation standards, reporting requirements, and record management. - Ensure smooth office management and timely submission of all project deliverables. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Graduate/Postgraduate with 3-5 years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, Data Analysis, and Reporting. - Strong skills in documentation, report writing, and data analysis. - Proficiency in English communication (written and spoken). - Immediate joiners preferred. - Preference for candidates from local areas or those willing to relocate/travel daily to Rajnangaon Pol Village. This position offers a compensation of 15,000 - 16,000 per month (negotiable, higher package may be offered based on skills and experience).,
