Position Overview We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our cross-functional teams with daily operations and ensure smooth organizational functioning. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for development work, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage remote coordination. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to central and project teams including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence. Maintain and organize internal records, reports, and databases with confidentiality and accuracy. Assist in coordinating online meetings, events, training sessions, and webinars. Manage internal communications and coordinate follow-ups across departments. Support HR, Finance, and Program departments with timely documentation and logistical tasks. Prepare basic reports, minutes of meetings, and operational updates. Handle office tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Meet) or MS Office efficiently. Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors virtually for admin-related tasks. Skills and Competencies Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good time management and multitasking ability. Tech-savvy with familiarity in online tools and platforms. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
