The Nikoo Homes II Apartment Owners Association invites applications from suitable candidates for the position of Administrative Assistant. · Location: Nikoo Homes II, Bhartiya City, Thanisandra Main Road, Bengaluru 560064 Key Responsibilities: · Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the Association Office. · Maintain records, files, registers, and documentation. · Handle resident queries and coordinate with Facility Management, Security, and other service teams. · Assist the Executive Committee/BOM in meetings, minutes, circulars, and communication · Monitor service providers and follow up on tasks assigned · Prepare reports, maintain data, and support billing/collection processes · Assist in managing all accounting transactions and Account Reconciliation · Record keeping · Any other administrative duties delegated by the Association Eligibility & Skills: · Graduate in any discipline · Basic experience in accounting software, Advanced MS Excel, Computer proficiency. · Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in administration (preferably in residential/real estate sector) · Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Kannada.
