Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Admin Assistant role at Mahavir Industries in Vatwa GIDC , Ahmedabad. The  Admin Assistant will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative tasks, managing office operations, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, the Admin Assistant will assist in maintaining records, handling communication, and supporting the team.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience in office management or administrative role
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle correspondence, documentation, and file management.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Oversee housekeeping and office maintenance.
• Assist in HR and other departmental functions as required.
