The Role : We are hiring a Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist for to join our Human Resources team in India . This role will be instrumental in driving the organization’s capability development initiatives across corporate, commercial, and manufacturing teams. The specialist will manage end-to-end learning processes including needs analysis, content development, coordination, and evaluation of programs. What You Will Be Doing : Learning Platform Administration Hands-on experience in managing and administering LMS platforms and online learning programs, including building and curating learning pathways on platforms such as LinkedIn Learning. Learning Needs Analysis Identify and assess learning and development needs across functions. Conduct gap analysis to design tailored learning solutions. Program Design & Execution Design and roll out behavioral, functional, and leadership development programs. Develop and adapt content ensuring alignment with business needs. Manage logistics for both virtual and in-person programs. Delivery & Facilitation Facilitate internal sessions in onboarding, soft skills, and compliance. Partner with internal and external trainers for program delivery. Learning Management & Analytics Maintain training records, schedules, and dashboards. Track program impact through feedback and effectiveness metrics. Support LMS implementation and management. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with business leaders, HRBPs, and vendors. Serve as the regional partner for group-wide L&D initiatives. What are the key skills required for this role: Learning Program Administration : Proven experience in managing and administering online learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning, including user management, reporting, and platform optimization. Learning Pathway Design : Ability to curate and design structured learning journeys for various job roles using digital content and external platforms (e.g., Coursera, edX, LinkedIn Learning). Digital Learning Tools : Strong command of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual learning environments; capable of configuring and maintaining platform functionality. Content Sourcing & Curation : Skilled in identifying, evaluating, and integrating relevant external learning programs aligned to organizational capability needs. Data Analysis & Reporting : Proficient in tracking learning metrics, generating insights from usage reports, and assessing learning impact. Stakeholder Communication : Ability to effectively engage with business leaders and HR partners to understand development needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions. Our Ideal Match Bachelor’s degree required; post-graduate in HR, L&D, or Psychology preferred. 5–8 years of experience in learning and development. Prior experience as LinkedIn Learning admin preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Mobility Requirements National Travel: Required for program execution across sites.
