Job Description

Learning and Development Specialist

Location- Noida

CTC-11-13 L

Key Responsibilities:

Learning Strategy & Needs Identification

a. Conduct detailed Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and create annual learning plans.

b. Map role-based competencies and identify skill gaps across functions.

2. Content Creation & Program Design

a. Develop training content including presentations, e-learning modules, video-based learning, assessments, and process

training material.

b. Design competency-based and role-specific capability-building programs.

c. Build digital learning journeys for Spice Life and other internal platforms.

3. Training Delivery & Facilitation

a. Deliver induction, process training, functional and behavioural training programs.

b. Facilitate high-impact sessions with strong communication and presentation skills.

c. Manage and coach internal/external trainers to ensure quality and consistency in delivery.

4. Learning Operations & Governance

a. Manage the complete training calendar, rollout, logistics, communication, and documentation.

b. Handle training governance, compliance, audits, and continuous improvement processes.

c. Ensure learning programs meet quality standards and business expectations.

Learning Technology & LMS Management

a. Administer the LMS (Spice Life): upload courses, manage users, track learning completion, and maintain data accuracy.

b. Create training communication such as invitations, newsletters, announcements, and updates.

c. Stay updated on L&D technologies, digital learning tools, trends, and best practices.

a. Create dashboards and MIS reports to track learning effectiveness and participation.

b. Analyse feedback, measure training ROI, and use insights to drive improvements.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA HR or Diploma in HR, L&D and any certification in Training & Development
  • Strong communication, Analytical and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (PeopleStrong preferred).
  • Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead learning initiatives end-to-end
