About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Total Rewards Specialist to play a key role in shaping and delivering our global total rewards strategy. This role work closely with the Compensation Leader on various compensation initiatives. Additionally, this role will be instrumental in managing our global benefits programs, ensuring robust data management, generating insightful reports and analytics, and supporting our performance management and goal-setting processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of compensation principles, benefits administration, and advanced analytical skills to drive data-driven decisions within Total Rewards. The role will be required to support GMT timezone.

Responsibilities
Compensation Partner:
  • Collaborate closely with the Compensation Leader on the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, including base pay, short-term incentives (bonus plans), and long-term incentives (equity, if applicable).
  • Provide analytical support for compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, and pay equity analyses.
  • Assist in the development and communication of compensation policies and guidelines.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to provide compensation guidance for new hires and internal transfers.
  • Support the annual compensation planning cycle, including merit increases and bonus calculations.
Performance Review:
  • Support the administration and communication of the global performance review process, ensuring timely completion and alignment with compensation decisions.
  • Provide data and insights related to performance ratings and distribution.
Bonus Planning:
  • Administer and track global bonus plans, ensuring accurate calculations, timely payouts, and clear communication to employees.
  • Provide analytical support for bonus plan design and effectiveness.
Global Benefits Program:
  • Assist in the management and administration of global employee benefits programs, including health and welfare, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Support vendor management and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Assist with benefits communication and employee education initiatives.
Global Data Management:
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of global data within HR systems (HRIS).
  • Develop and maintain data quality standards and processes.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Reports, Analytics & Dashboards:
  • Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc total rewards reports, including compensation benchmarking, benefits utilization, and turnover analysis.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement in our total rewards programs.
  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize key total rewards metrics for stakeholders.
OKR Reporting:
Support the tracking and reporting of HR related Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

Qualifications
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience in Total Rewards with a strong focus on compensation and benefits.
  • Experience in administering global employee benefits programs.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, formulas, pivot tables, and charting
  • Knowledge of global compliance requirements and experience implementing compliant HR processes across different regions.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and implement solutions.
