Provide analytical support for compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, and pay equity analyses. Assist in the development and communication of compensation policies and guidelines. Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to provide compensation guidance for new hires and internal transfers. Performance Review Support the administration and communication of the global performance review process, ensuring timely completion and alignment with compensation decisions.
